East Village Gallery supports ukraine

Art Exhibit in NYC

Artist and curator Ang-Ray’s series “Peace and War: Stand with Ukraine,” is on exhibit now in East Village art gallery in NYC.

In this series, the artist uses ellipses to symbolize unity around the world, a joining of humanity.

In these works, Ang-Ray expresses his vision for peace using the colors of the Ukrainian flag. The textures in his mixed media art are made with rice paper, arcrylic and oil on canvas.

The exhibit contains both large and small paintings. A portion of the proceeds will benefit RazomForUkraine.org . to help support the community in a war torn zone.

The art exhibit will be on display until mid-November. Stop in today to view this intensely beautiful collection.

The art gallery is located at 305 East 9th Street between 1st & 2nd Aveunes.
